Received the toaster today and the packaging was damaged and clearly not new, also there were 2 plates (the one for toasties) missing. I hope to get the missing items replaced but would not recommend to buy this toaster.

Best sandwich maker in ever bought,sandwiches were crispy & easy to make, best part is that you can remove the nonstick plates, so really easy to clean. There are 2 more plates to make waffles & toast,waiting to try it soon.
